Firs Primary School are looking for an outstanding and motivated Teaching Assistant to join its highly skilled team. Successful candidates will be well supported through induction and training to meet the very diverse needs of pupils at the school.

Firs is a Good school, as confirmed at our last Ofsted inspection in June 2022. The Inspectors felt that: "Firs Primary School is an inclusive, happy and welcoming school. The 'Firsy Five' values are at the heart of everything staff and pupils do. Staff and pupils ensure that everyone, including those who are new to the country, feel safe and welcomed…This is a school that cares for all."

The School is proud of its diverse community and is keen to appoint a new member to help us in our continuing efforts to support our pupils in helping them to feel secure, supported and loved whilst enabling them to achieve academic success and emotional and social wellbeing.
