Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Operative

Location: Belfast BT14

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rotational shift pattern Monday - Sunday)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Pay: From £13 per hour

Immediate Start

Essential Criteria

  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Good organisational skills
  • Applicants should be reliable and capable of carrying out the physical duties required for the role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Full clean driving licence

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous industrial cleaning experience (preferred)
  • CSR card preferred

Role Overview

You'll be supporting industrial and construction-related cleaning across various sites in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a professional company offering consistent work and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep Cleaning

Clean industrial, commercial, or public areas including floors, machinery, washrooms, and high-level surfaces using specialist equipment and chemicals.

  • Builders' Cleans / Post-Construction Cleaning

Clear dust, debris, paint, and materials from newly built or refurbished sites, ensuring spaces are safe, clean, and ready for use.

  • Health & Safety Compliance

Follow all COSHH, PPE, and site-specific safety procedures, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.

  • Equipment Use & Maintenance

Operate and maintain cleaning machines such as scrubber dryers, vacuums, and pressure washers.
