About the Role:

As a Care & Support Associate, you'll provide essential care services that truly matter – from personal care and meal preparation to companionship and emotional support. You'll be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs
  • Assist clients with daily routines and activities
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the team

What We're Looking For:

  • A compassionate, reliable, and caring nature
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends)
  • Must hold a full Driving License, have access to your own car, and business car insurance
  • Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
