An exciting opportunity has arisen for a medical receptionist to join our friendly team. Previous experience working in primary care on EMIS Web is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, flexible and have a caring and professional manner. The successful candidate will represent the practice being the first point of contact for our patients.

Dealing with queries and concerns, liaising between our patients and clinicians. Dealing with day to day queries by telephone, email, online consultations and face to face. The successful candidate will also support the clinical and management team as needed. This role is currently offered at 16 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.82 per hour.

However, there may be scope to increase hours depending on experience.
