Surveyor/Senior Surveyor - Building Consultancy

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join our thriving Building Consultancy team in London. As part of a dynamic and expanding group, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a wide range of commercial consultancy services. This role offers real scope for professional growth, with increasing responsibility in project delivery, client engagement, and leadership. Whether you're looking to deepen your technical expertise or step into a more strategic role, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services including:
    • Dilapidations
    • Technical Due Diligence
    • Contract Administration
    • Planned Preventative Maintenance
    • Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to business development and client retention efforts
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Project & Development Services team
  • Work on projects across the UK and Europe, with a focus on commercial real estate
Skills & Experience:
  • MRICS-qualified with 1–2 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong experience in core Building Surveying services
  • Commercially aware with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, methodical, and able to manage a busy workload
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a client-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with investor and occupier clients across a range of sectors
