Job Description
We're recruiting for a Digital Learning Specialist to join us.
You will help shape the future of learning at Legal & General. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that's transforming how our people learn and grow through innovative, accessible, and engaging digital experiences.
You'll play a key role in designing and delivering digital learning solutions that support enterprise-wide capability growth, working collaboratively across teams and with external partners to ensure our learning platforms and content meet the needs of all our colleagues.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the design and delivery of engaging digital learning solutions aligned with our strategy
- Enabling the rollout and adoption of our Learning Experience Platform to enhance learner engagement
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality digital learning content
- Liaising with third-party providers to ensure consistent delivery and performance
- Collaborating across teams to integrate digital learning into the employee lifecycle
- Monitoring trends and feedback to continuously improve digital learning tools and experiences
- Maintaining the quality and compliance of computer-based training and digital learning standards
- Designing training that supports our commitment to fair customer outcomes and Consumer Duty
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- Experience designing and delivering digital learning content
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and ecosystems
- Understanding of CBT development standards and compliance requirements
- Awareness of accessibility standards in digital learning
- Ability to apply learning science principles to digital product development
- Proven collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives
- Commitment to inclusive, innovative, and continuous learning practices
