The Role

We're expanding our network of Fire Risk Assessors to deliver high-quality Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for residential and commercial buildings. You'll assess fire safety arrangements, produce clear and compliant reports, and upload findings directly through the Certie platform.

Responsibilities

● Conduct comprehensive FRAs in line with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and relevant British Standards.

● Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports with clear recommendations.

● Advise clients on remedial actions and compliance improvements.

● Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication on every job.

Requirements

● IFSM-accredited Fire Risk Assessment qualification (minimum Level 3; Level 4 preferred).

● Proven experience conducting FRAs in residential and/or commercial settings.

● Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and standards (e.g. BS 5839-1, BS 9999).

● Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

● Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

● Own transport and inspection equipment.
