Dental by Design is redefining what private dental care means in London. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confident, commercially minded
Telesales Executive
to take ownership of our inbound enquiries and convert them into booked appointments.

This role is all about
driving clinic growth
: responding quickly, building rapport fast, qualifying needs, and securing consultation bookings. You'll be the first person prospective patients speak to—and the reason they choose to take the next step.

The Essentials

Internal Sales & Patient Conversion Advisor

Location:
Hammersmith, London (modern private clinic)

Employment Type:
Full-time, permanent

Base Salary:
£30,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding quickly and warmly to new patient enquiries across phone, email, and web forms.
• Building instant rapport, understanding each patient's needs, and clearly explaining next steps.
• Converting inbound enquiries into booked consultations
  with the right clinician.
• Managing a high daily volume of leads and ensuring every enquiry receives fast, professional follow-up.
• Maintaining accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
• Working closely with the front-of-house and clinical teams to ensure smooth handover for each appointment.
• Providing a premium first-contact experience aligned with our private healthcare standards.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of strong internal sales or enquiry conversion experience
  —ideally in private healthcare, dental, aesthetics, or similar service-led environments.
• A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and confidently moves conversations forward.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings, with a target-driven mindset.
• Highly organised, proactive, and excellent at follow-up.
• A professional, patient-first approach with an understanding of private healthcare expectations.
