What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking well-balanced, home-style meals and desserts
  • Catering for a range of dietary needs and preferences
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy kitchen environment
  • Completing daily food safety and hygiene records
  • Following all food safety policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Working collaboratively with care staff to ensure enjoyable mealtimes
  • Supporting menu planning and food ordering

Pay & Hours

  • £13.58 per hour
  • £150 bonus on completion of induction
  • Morning-based shifts, typically 7–8 hours, ideally starting at 7:30am (some flexibility available)
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Paid breaks and paid training

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to cook and bake confidently
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment (preferred)
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (training provided if needed)
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid for by Pinnacle Care)
  • No sponsorship available for this role
