We're looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join our Boston team, where your skills will be valued, your work respected, and your development supported every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to exact manufacturer specifications
- Using the latest tools, equipment, and repair methods to achieve first-class results
- Working to defined productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive, respectful workshop culture
- Proven experience as a Panel Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong MIG/MAG welding and panel repair skills
- ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- A genuine team player with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability
