In-House Associate Transaction Lawyer (Financial Services Organisation)

London, Salary Negotiable

We are currently looking to engage with qualified lawyers in London who have experience of working within the finance sector and between 2 & 5 years PQE experience to discuss an in-house role with a financial services firm.

This is a transactional role and would suit an Associate level lawyer who has experience of working with debt finance.

It is expected applications will be from those who have experience of working across Commercial Real Estate (not residential), along with assets such as aviation, shipping, infrastructure, or perhaps corporate and securitization.

The role will involve reviewing, negotiation, transaction management and deal execution and providing legal advice to front line business units and service areas.

You will also play a key role in reviewing and negotiating loan documentation so prior experience of this is also required.

This is a broad in-house role, offering a different challenge each day, and will involve liaising with stakeholders and instructing and liaising with external counsel on a regular basis.

Experience of providing advice on general legal matters and commercial contracts (drafting servicing agreements, NDA's, terms of business and engagement letters) is also required to enable someone to hit the ground running.
