What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
  • Building positive relationships based on trust and respect 
  • Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments 
  • Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver individualised care plans

What You'll Bring:

  • Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or relevant qualification)
  • If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander you may be eligible for an exemption.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate 
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset 
  • Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
