Job Description:
Lead product strategy, development, and operations as a Cofounder, COO for an innovative AI-powered platform transforming sustainable agriculture. You'll drive the vision, translate scientific models into actionable features, and build scalable systems to deliver measurable environmental and commercial impact for growers. This role is key to turning concept into global scale.

Location: Remote

What you will do:

  • Partner with the CEO to define company vision, strategy, and execution roadmap, addressing operational bottlenecks.

  • Own the long-term product vision and roadmap, integrating customer feedback, scientific insights, and technical feasibility.

  • Translate complex agronomic models and data into intuitive, actionable product features for growers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in a deep tech or agritech startup, ideally spanning both product and operations.

  • Strong product intuition and the ability to effectively bridge technical and commercial domains.

  • A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset, comfortable leading from initial concept through to market scale.
