About The Role
This vacancy is open to North Northamptonshire Council Internal Applicants Only
We're looking for an Applications Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new Adult Social Care system, as well as maintaining and our existing applications.
What will you be doing?
Provide expert support for the rollout of our new Adult Social Care system.
Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of existing applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that improve service delivery.
Assist with testing, configuration, and user training during implementation phases.
About You
Strong technical skills and experience in application support.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
Knowledge of social care systems or similar environments is desirable.
