We are looking for a mobile mechanic for Otto Scooter.

You will join one of the largest two wheels fleet in the county, providing hundreds of electric vehicles to delivery fleets across the UK.

You will be required to service electric mopeds, electric bicycles, and electric motorcycles at clients premises predominantly in and around London.

Carry out routine servicing or maintenance on fleet electric bicycles, electric mopeds and electric motorcycles

Conduct diagnosis of any found or reported faults, carrying out repairs as required

Fit mopeds with Cameras and GPS

Completion of appropriate documentation

Carry out road tests to confirm correct operation and stability following service/repair

Operate stock control and manage the parts ordering process

Installing additional accessories to the moped including windscreen, leg cover, delivery boxes, and more

Ensure work space and tools/equipment is maintained to an acceptable standard

Provide great customer service and offer advice to drivers and their managers

Understand and comply with health and safety standards

Full clean UK driving licence is essential

Motorcycle driving licence is essential

Good attention to details, with a focus on accuracy

Organized approach to work and effective time management

Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to develop effective and professional working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers

Professional approach, providing a positive influence to other members of the team

Ability to develop and contribute to process and systems improvements

Keen to learn and improve own performance

40 hours per week - 2 days free.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for somebody with great problem solving skills, the ability to think proactively, and a talent for finding solutions quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience repairing and maintaining vehicles, preferably motorbikes, and dealing with customers. We also expect our candidate to have the ability to write professional emails and speak over the phone professionally in fluent English (any additional languages are a bonus). However, we will also consider applications from candidates with strong transferable skills, and a passion for the role.

Experience maintaining a moped is a definite must.
