We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Partner to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our services.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.

Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyse customer data for strategic planning.

Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities or threats.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within relevant industries.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM software platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans.
  • Organised with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets and driving organisational growth.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis tools is desirable.
