Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Salesperson at The Foxhunter Park, located in Canterbury. The Salesperson will engage with potential customers to showcase the park's features, facilities, and accommodation options. Responsibilities include conducting tours of the park, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable packages or accommodations, managing sales inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also handle administrative tasks related to the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to build positive relationships and guide prospective customers effectively.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles in hospitality or holiday industries.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inquiries, schedules, and sales documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of Kent's tourist attractions and ability to highlight its appeal to enhance the customer experience.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Previous experience in the holiday park industry or hospitality sector is advantageous.
