, empowering them to live full and meaningful lives.

We're proud to be one of the UK's leading providers of specialist support — and even prouder of the dedicated teams who make it happen. When you join Lifeways, you're not just anyone. You're part of something bigger — a compassionate community that changes lives, together.

Deputy Manager
to join our new, purpose built

  • Lead with passion and professionalism, supporting people living with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex behaviours.
  • Champion quality and continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery.
  • Build meaningful relationships with your team, families, and the local community.

You'll lead with purpose, inspire confidence, and drive excellence — shaping the future of care at Heron Court.

  • Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care — and leading by example

If you embody
