Nutrition Geeks, one of the UK's fastest-growing health & wellness brands, is on the hunt for a Midweight Graphic/Performance Designer to join our fast-scaling creative team.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and ambitious Junior Graphic/Performance Designer to join our growing Creative Team. You'll design high-performing digital ads, emails, and social content that reach millions of people every month - all while developing your skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This is an incredible opportunity for a Graphic designer who's eager to grow, experiment, and see their work make a direct impact on one of the UK's most exciting consumer brands.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns and visual assets across digital platforms
  • Design high-impact static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
  • Create visually engaging, conversion-optimised email marketing campaigns
  • Learn and apply UX/UI principles to design website visuals and banners
  • Assist in packaging design for new and existing products
  • Support in-house photoshoots with creative direction and asset preparation
  • Edit and adapt content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency
  • Analyse design performance and use data-driven insights to refine creative output
  • Stay up to date with digital design trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team

Skills You'll Need

  • 6 months – 2 years' experience in brand or digital design (CPG/eCommerce a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Strong eye for composition, typography, and visual detail
  • Enthusiastic learner who thrives in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and highly organised
  • Passionate about design, marketing, and creative storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field – bonus, not essential
