Here at GXO Logistics we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our drinks site in Derby, DE21. You will be managing the full end to end order process for a number of significant drinks brands in the UK.

This is a full time, permanent position, working predominantly Monday to Friday between the hours of 06:00 to 18:00 with a couple of rest days

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £25,625.08 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Management of in day/week customer service requests
  • Communication with customers, internal warehouse and transport teams, external Hauliers and senior stakeholders.
  • Ownership of customer reports
  • Query management
  • Supporting Customer Service Manager

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous customer service experience along with a friendly, calm and resilient manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and telephone communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Good MS Excel skills and systems ability
