Company Description

Impact in Business Recruitment are working on behalf of a development finance institution based in London. We are currently sourcing and recruiting for an infrastructure finance professional with a high level of debt origination experience. This is an amazing and rewarding opportunity for an investment professional with extended leadership experience in development finance, origination, and/or knowledge of infrastructure debt. Last year the company oversaw the execution of over £1bn in capital across 50 transactions.

Job Description

The successful candidate, as an Investment Director within the firm's London offices, will be expected to oversee the following set of key responsibilities:

  • Managing debt transactions across Africa and South Asia
  • Originating and executing debt transactions on behalf of the organisation
  • Preparation of internal monitoring reports
  • Pioneering strategy and leadership initiatives across the across the organisation
  • Co-ordinating and reviewing the day-to-day workflow of junior executives within the organisation

  • Strong understanding of diligence processes, financial terms, legal terms.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
