Lab Assistant Job Vacancy- Digital Department - Evening Shift

Full time - Monday to Friday – 15:00 – 22:00

S4S (UK) Ltd is a dental laboratory, based in Sheffield, that serves over 32,000 dental professionals throughout the UK. Key product areas include: Smilelign Clear Aligners, Vitalisse Teeth Whitening, treatments for snoring, bruxism, orthodontics, and many more.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake a position in our fast-growing Digital Production department, running and managing our 3D printer fleet during an evening shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain full suite of 3D printers
  • Carry out departmental QA
  • Post process models and printed appliances
  • Ensure all work is completed according to internal scheduling software
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the department

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be able to work independently and multitask
  • Previous experience with 3D printers advantageous but not essential
  • Keen eye for detail
  • An interest in technology
  • Confident in using IT systems

Comprehensive training will be provided during a 08:30-17:00 shift pattern for a minimum of 4 weeks before moving to 15:00 - 22:00 shift pattern. Over the phone support will be available during the evening shift if necessary.
