What you'll be doing
- Develop & implement corporate partnerships & account management strategies alongside the Head of Sales and Partnerships
- Proactively identify and engage with new corporate partnership opportunities
- Identify and attend networking events to engage new partners
- Maintain ownership of new opportunities through implementation and into relationship management
- Proactively engage with and relationship manage existing partners, ensuring Kings Court Trust is embedded in their product & service offering
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work
What we're looking for
Qualifications are desirable but not essential, we are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:
- Demonstrable Corporate Partnerships expertise (ideally at least 4 years) within a professional services environment
- Demonstrable Business Development and Account Management expertise developed in a professional services environment (advantageous if within Probate) ideally of at least 4 years
- Experience of strategy development and implementation
- Commercial eye with the ability to understand and utilise partner potential and ROI

What we can offer you

- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Commission scheme of up to 20% of your basic salary
- Car allowance of £6,000 per annum
- 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing annually to 30.

Hiring process – what to expect
We like to keep things clear and straightforward. Here's what you can expect:
Application review – We review applications on a rolling basis and will contact you when shortlisted
Initial chat – A short call to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here, but we aim for it to be more conversational. (30mins)
Interview – This is your competency-based interview with Rachel Bartlett (Head of Sales and Partnerships), Elle Fowell (Head of HR) and Paul Toghill (CEO) up to 90mins with task.
Task– A chance to show us how you think, this may be part of the interview or done before/after depending on the role
Feedback – We will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week.
