The Role: Focus on Onboarding
We are hiring a dedicated Sales Executive to drive the rapid listing and registration of salon businesses onto the Quebooking platform across Birmingham.
This is a high-energy, pure field-based acquisition role. Your single key objective is to visit salon owners, secure their commitment, and successfully register their business onto the Quebooking portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Acquisition Focus: Proactively visit, contact, and engage with salon shops, barbers, and beauty businesses across the Birmingham area.
- Onboarding Sales Cycle: Own the entire process of listing a salon: from initial cold approach and platform demonstration to negotiation and final digital registration on the Quebooking portal.
- Value Pitching: Clearly and concisely articulate how Quebooking's AI features (e.g., Smart Suggestions, Live Token Tracking) directly benefit the salon owner by increasing bookings and simplifying management.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious weekly/monthly targets for new salon listings and successful registrations. Your performance directly determines your earning potential.
- Documentation: Ensure all required business information and agreements are collected accurately and processed immediately for seamless on-boarding.
