What you will be doing...
  • Bring guest experiences to life, turning feedback into exciting improvements that boost satisfaction
  • Transform feedback into opportunities to create standout moments and elevate service
  • Build, energise, and lead a team that delivers top-notch experiences
  • Own and resolve owner complaints with care and confidence
  • Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise team efficiency.
  • Keep finances sharp, managing owner sales and controlling costs like a pro
  • Host unforgettable forums, drop-ins, and social events that delight your park's community
  • Work closely with park teams and central support to uphold high standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
