Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Video Editor & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on B2B marketing. This role involves managing various digital campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective video editing & digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Oversee project management for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website copy.
  • Utilise Photoshop for graphic design needs related to marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Execute Google Ads campaigns, monitoring performance and optimising for better results.
  • Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and user behaviour.
  • Manage social media accounts, crafting posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong communication within the team and with external partners to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding junior team members in their professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to enhance online visibility.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
