This is a new and exciting role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking ownership of our Marketing Function .This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be the driving force behind our brand, responsible for raising awareness, generating leads, and helping us stand out in a competitive industry.
As our Marketing Manager, you will work independently to plan, manage, and deliver all aspects of marketing for the business. You'll have the freedom to shape our marketing strategy and the creativity to bring it to life — whether that's through digital campaigns, social media, website content, or direct engagement with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging and industry-relevant content.
- Oversee the company website — keeping it up to date, improving SEO, and working with external developers where necessary.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, trade shows, and local promotions.
- Track and report on marketing performance and ROI.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business leads.
- Support sales activities — from enquiry follow-ups to client communications.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Spent time on our sites to gain a sound understanding of our service and customers.

This role calls for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and responsibility. You will bring energy, ideas, and enthusiasm and be comfortable communicating at all levels and be ready to take on a challenge and make your mark in a hands-on role.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing role (ideally within construction, engineering, or a related B2B sector).
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Confident managing social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Commercially minded with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
