Role; Lead User Researcher
Location; 2x/week in Leeds
Rate; £600day Inside IR35
Duration; Until the end of September
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead User Researcher to join our clients team within the public sector, specifically working with the NHS.
This role requires a professional who is well-versed in GDS standards and possesses a strong understanding of user research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting user research to gather insights and inform the design process
- Leading and managing a team of user researchers
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and advocate for user-centric design
- Ensuring that all research activities adhere to GDS standards and best practices
- Proven experience in leading user research projects within the public sector
- In-depth knowledge of GDS standards and their application in user research
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within an Inside IR35 contract
- £600/day Inside IR35. Could be long term.
