Junior Sales Manager – Full Time | Birmingham City Centre (On-Site)
Entry-Level Leadership Opportunity | Full Training Provided
Sage Partners is continuing to grow and we are now recruiting a Junior Sales Manager to join our Birmingham City Centre team. This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals who want to step into a management-focused role within sales, operations, and team leadership.
This is an entry-level management role, meaning you will begin with core responsibilities and gradually take on more as you demonstrate capability. Full training, coaching, and day-to-day support are provided.
About the Role
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and helping drive team performance. You will work closely with experienced managers while developing the practical skills needed to lead people and support client campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily sales activity across in-person campaigns
- Assisting with planning and coordination of campaign tasks
- Helping monitor performance indicators and team results
- Providing on-the-ground support to small teams
- Maintaining quality standards, client representation, and compliance
- Contributing ideas to improve team effectiveness and performance
- Learning how to manage people, processes, and campaign delivery
This is a hands-on role that combines people leadership, sales support, and operational coordination.
Progression & Responsibility Growth (Performance-Based)
Progression is available as you demonstrate consistency, reliability, and strong performance.
As responsibilities expand, you may take on:
Team Supervision
- Coordinating small groups during campaign activity
- Supporting new starters with onboarding and field guidance
- Helping maintain team motivation and performance levels
Operational Support
- Assisting managers with reporting, scheduling, and quality checks
- Contributing to daily briefings and performance updates
- Ensuring campaigns meet client expectations
Client & Project Support
- Supporting communication between teams and senior managers
- Contributing to project delivery and campaign requirements
- Assisting with problem-solving during live campaign activity
More advanced responsibilities become available as the business grows and as you demonstrate readiness for increased leadership.
