Role Overview
The E-Commerce Manager will take full ownership of Naughty Boy Lifestyle's online sales performance across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other digital channels.
The role focuses on scaling online revenue, improving customer experience, optimising listings, managing inventory accuracy online, and executing digital campaigns that drive growth.
You'll work closely with marketing, operations, inventory management, and warehouse teams to create a seamless customer journey and maximise the brand's digital potential.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
• Oversee day-to-day performance of the Shopify store.
• Optimise product pages, collections, navigation, and conversion funnels.
• Implement merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
• Ensure product data, prices, stock levels, and variants are accurate.
• Improve checkout experience and reduce cart abandonment.
Amazon (Vendor/Seller/FBA/FBM)
• Manage all Amazon listings, variations, keywords, and A+ content.
• Monitor the Buy Box, pricing strategy, PPC campaigns, and customer reviews.
• Handle FBA shipments, replenishment planning, and Amazon compliance.
• Analyse Amazon Insights, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Manage disputes, reimbursements, chargebacks, and policy compliance.
TikTok Shop & Other Marketplaces
• Upload and optimise TikTok Shop listings.
• Work with creators/influencers to push product visibility.
• Manage campaigns, promotions, and analytics on TikTok Seller Center.
• Explore additional marketplaces if aligned with brand strategy.
Digital Performance & Growth
• Monitor daily KPIs (conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROAS, revenue).
• Analyse customer journey and implement CRO improvements.
• Work with marketing to run paid ads, email campaigns, and product launches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
Inventory & Operations Alignment
• Work with the Inventory Manager (you) to ensure stock accuracy online.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct picking/packing data.
• Forecast demand for online channels based on trends and campaigns.
• Ensure product discontinuations, out-of-stocks, and new SKUs are handled cleanly across channels.
Customer Experience
• Improve customer journey from homepage to checkout.
• Work with customer service teams to resolve order issues.
• Monitor product reviews and customer feedback.
• Implement refund/return improvements where needed.
Systems & Automation
• Oversee integrations between Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, DPD, Klaviyo, etc.
• Suggest improvements to ERP workflows (Odoo) for smoother e-commerce operations.
• Work on automations to reduce manual work (emails, stock sync, reporting).
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
• 3+ years experience in e-commerce management (preferably in supplements, FMCG, or D2C).
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Helium10/JungleScout, and Meta/TikTok ad tools.
• Experience improving conversion rate and AOV through CRO tactics.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword optimisation, and content best practices.
• Ability to manage product uploads, variations, tags, collections, and backend settings.
Desirable
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop).
• Experience running Amazon PPC or paid ads.
• Understanding of warehouse workflows (picking/packing/stock control).
• Experience with Klaviyo or email automation tools.
