Are you ready to lead large-scale commercial projects and drive operational excellence? Our Gasway team is seeking a Commercial Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery of key projects, ensuring compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on planning, supervision, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm from our Gasway office in Norwich.

Our ideal candidate would have supervisory experience across a geographical area, a proven track record in commercial project delivery, strong customer service background, and knowledge of building and health & safety regulations. We are also looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and written communication, conflict resolution and negotiation along with being self-motivated, decisive, and improvement-focused.

In this role your key responsibilities will be:
  • Project Delivery: Design, price, and supervise large-scale commercial projects from start to finish.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to policies and KPIs.
  • Budget Control: Monitor expenditure, manage stock/materials, and ensure profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate tasks, support recruitment, and implement performance management.
  • Customer Focus: Resolve complaints and promote high standards of customer care.
  • Compliance: Uphold Health & Safety, Technical, and Data Protection standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee onboarding, performance, and compliance.
Project Supervision Duties:
  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans and quotations
  • Assign tasks and facilitate cross-department collaboration
  • Monitor budgets and mitigate risks
  • Communicate with stakeholders and report progress
  • Ensure quality assurance and manage change
  • Conduct project closure and evaluations
Qualifications:
  • Essential: Gas Safe Registered (domestic & commercial), OFTEC
  • Essential: Full UK Driving License
  • Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH H&S qualification
