As our Head Waiter, you will welcome our guests with a smile, share your knowledge of our menu, and oversee our waiter team. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service.

We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates. We are expecting this role to start from 17th November onwards.

Where are we located?

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We've got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we're just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:
  • Team guidance & training: Supervise and train our waiting team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism are consistently met. Your team spirit will be essential in fostering a positive and motivated work environment
  • Service excellence: Oversee the dining area to ensure smooth and efficient operations, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring guests have a great stay with us
You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.79 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
