As an Aspiring Teacher, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students across Key Stages 3–5

  • Deliver curriculum-aligned content confidently across a range of subjects

  • Work closely with pupils with SEND and tailor resources to individual learning needs

  • Use your creativity and initiative to engage students and boost academic outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with parents, pupils, and colleagues to support progress

  • Help manage classroom behaviour using consistent and positive strategies

  • Contribute to departmental planning and assessment processes

  • Collaborate effectively with the wider school team to drive a culture of success

This Aspiring Teacher role is ideal for a graduate with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University. Previous experience supporting students or working with children is preferred, and a passion for teaching and learning is essential.
