Care & Support Worker (Days/Nights) – ARBD Services

Position Details:

  • Location: Elizabeth House, Upstreet (on A28 between Canterbury and Margate)
  • Contract: 36 or 48 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, including some weekends on a rotational basis
  • Option to work days, nights, or both

About the Role:

As a Care & Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day lives of people with ARBD, promoting independence and dignity while providing essential care and emotional support. You'll work in a supportive and dynamic environment, ensuring our clients feel valued and respected. This role involves helping with daily activities and building meaningful relationships to support each client's well-being.

No Experience Needed – Just the Right Attitude

You don't need prior experience or qualifications to succeed in this role, but a background in care, support, or in some kind of customer service role is a plus. If you're compassionate, dependable, and have a positive attitude, we'll provide all the training and support you need to excel. What matters most is your enthusiasm, commitment, and genuine interest in making a difference.
