Regional Support Deputy Manager – St. George's Nursery (Leicester & Nottingham)

Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 per year + mileage reimbursement

As a Regional Support Deputy Manager, you'll provide leadership and support wherever it's needed most – from stepping in for Deputy Managers, to supporting operational needs, to helping drive improvements across our nurseries. Every day will be different, but each one will make a lasting impact on children, families, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day nursery operations in the absence of senior staff
  • Support Nursery Managers in maintaining outstanding care, education, and safeguarding standards
  • Motivate and inspire teams across multiple sites to deliver excellence
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Assist with staff training, appraisals, and development
  • Adapt quickly to new environments, offering consistent, confident leadership

What We're Looking For

  • An experienced Deputy Manager, or a strong Room Leader ready to progress
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated by variety
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years best practice
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel across East Midlands required)
