An exciting opportunity for a permanent Head Chef has arisen at the Blue Bell Inn, Wentbridge, just 10 minutes from Pontefract. The Blue Bell works in partnership with Wentbridge House Hotel and Blue Smoke Artisan Pizza. )

About you...

If you have previous experience as a Head Chef or you are an experienced Sous Chef looking for your next step up, we would love to hear from you. You will be reliable, know your way around a kitchen, have a strong team spirit, a passion for great food and service and excellent personal standards that motivate others.

In the kitchen you'll find fresh ingredients from some of the finest suppliers used to produce modern gastro-inspired food and hearty home comforts. You'll also have the opportunity to innovate and create delicious specials alongside the main menu.

You'll be working with a really friendly, well established team who genuinely care about each other, our customers and the local community.

You will also be involved in kitchen financial management, ordering and stock control, due diligence, HACCP, recruitment and training and mentoring your team.
