Site Service Co-Ordinator – Barnet Hospital

£30,224 Per Annum

5/7 Days – No later than 8:30pm

Join Medirest and lead our Catering Service teams to deliver exceptional service and spotless standards. You'll enhance the customer experience through effective supervision, smart resource management, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring all services meet client SLAs and company standards.
  • Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, reporting and addressing hazards promptly.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and drive continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Manage rotas, timesheets, budgets, and stock levels efficiently.
  • Support your Line Manager with compliance, documentation, and operational excellence.
  • Represent "The Medirest Way" in everything you do.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a Soft FM, Support Service environment (12+ Months)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
  • IT literacy and basic numeracy.
  • Flexibility to meet business needs and attend off-site training.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
