Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Assist with sales administration tasks such as processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining sales records
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales department
  • Support the utilisation of IT systems to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Maintain organised filing systems for all sales-related documentation
  • Monitor and respond to customer enquiries promptly via email or phone

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Some experience with CRM software such as Sage and salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good computer literacy and IT skills with an aptitude for learning new software systems
  • Previous experience with sales administration
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
