Lead and shape our high-performing Parts operation at VW Wakefield where your decisions directly influence our success. You'll drive financial and operational performance while creating an exceptional customer experience that sets our business apart. Working closely with the Head of Business, you'll help uphold our Brand standards and build strong, collaborative relationships with our Brand partners.
Your day to day will include:
- Leading with clarity through meaningful 1:1s, team meetings, and well-set objectives.
- Delivering budgeted financial and operational results while managing resources responsibly.
- Raising the customer experience above national averages and setting new standards of excellence.
- Building a motivated, engaged team and supporting strong retention across the department.
- Keeping stock levels optimised, minimising obsolescence, and completing accurate stock checks.
- Operating fully in line with Brand processes and consistently passing audits and mystery shops first time.
- Inspiring high performance and positive behaviours that drive the team and business forward.
What we are looking for:
- We're looking for a leader who brings out the best in their team and drives meaningful results. Ideally, you'll have experience within a Parts environment and a strong track record of leading, coaching, and influencing others to perform at their best.
- You combine excellent attention to detail with an organised, methodical approach.
- You put customers at the heart of everything you do, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- You foster a culture of continuous improvement and think strategically about challenges and opportunities.
- You're confident with numbers and comfortable working with databases, with Kerridge experience an advantage.
