We are seeking caring and dedicated people, who demonstrate empathy and compassion towards children, recognising and responding to their emotional and developmental needs to join our fantastic team, and help us ignite children's curiosity. You will play a crucial role in helping children meet developmental milestones by creating positive environments where children can learn, develop and grow. You'll support the Room lead, guiding your team to provide engaging activities that inspire creativity in the children under your care.

Each of our nurseries and preschools are unique and designed to meet the needs of each child. The Nursery is surrounded by fields and open countryside located on a large site in a rural part of Somerset with large outdoor play areas. This gives children limitless possibilities to explore and learn, through a play-based curriculum which focuses upon being outdoors.
