As Costa Coffee enters a key stage of growth in the Away From Home (AFH) space, we're excited to introduce
a newly created New Business Development Manager position
. This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated professionals with proven success, deep expertise, and established contacts predominantly in
hotels, indirect platforms, and workplace
channels to harness their knowledge and make a real impact. You'll drive new business development, build strong industry relationships, and collaborate across teams to help achieve ambitious growth targets and expand Costa Coffee's presence in these strategic channels.

What you'll do
Being a
New Business Development Manager
is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
- Drive growth in AFH UK by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities predominantly across hotels, indirect platforms, and workplace channels.
- Build and leverage strong industry relationships and networks to stay ahead of market trends and uncover high-value opportunities.
- Lead the regional account team while working closely and collaboratively with cross-functional partners to deliver channel-specific initiatives and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, joint business plans, and campaigns to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Represent AFH at industry events, provide insights on channel performance, and influence strategic outcomes across the business.
Who you are

- Proven track record in driving B2B sales growth, developing strategies, and exceeding targets across hotels, indirect platforms, and workplace channels.
- Expertise in lead generation, account management, and building long-term partnerships with customers and strategic partners.
- Experienced in coaching and motivating regional or sales teams, creating a high-energy, results-driven culture.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Able to navigate complex, fast-moving environments, tailoring solutions to customer needs and driving commercial outcomes.
