What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries, problem-solving and supporting colleagues across the business.
- Become a superuser of our bespoke data management system (imanage), helping teams work smarter and more efficiently.
- Master Connect, our internal system for scheduling and diary management.
- Manage shared diaries for directors and support with key business communications.
- Send out client agreements using Adobe Sign and support with onboarding new clients.
- Get involved in organising events, from team-building days to business functions.
Every task you take on will help you build confidence, sharpen your skills, and prepare you for the next step in your career pathway.
What we're looking for:
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks.
- A team player with strong attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £17,000 – £19,000 per annum.
Location: 35 hours per week, hybrid working.
Future progression:
A guaranteed full-time role on completion, with clear career pathways into business support, technology, or specialist services.

This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer. Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
