Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager - Construction & Engineering

Location: Remote (occasional travel to Bristol for key meetings)

The Company:

* Strong focus on integration, user experience, and supporting enterprise-level clients.

* Highly regarded in the market for replacing traditional incumbents with more flexible, scalable solutions.

The Role:

* Develop and manage strategic partnerships with leading engineering consultancies and contractors across the UK.

* Focus on forging high-value relationships with key stakeholders in consultancy firms (e.g., Gleeds, AECOM).

* Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, predominantly targeting new logos.

* Represent the company at industry events, holding the room confidently and promoting thought leadership.

* Work closely with senior internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and partnership initiatives.

The Requirements:

* 10+ years' experience in commercial or partnership-focused roles within construction, engineering, or related sectors.

* Demonstrable track record of building and managing relationships with large consultancies or enterprise clients.

* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (Commercial Directors, Quantity Surveyors, or equivalent).

* Strong understanding of NEC, FIDIC, or CMS contracts highly desirable.

* Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and lead discussions with confidence.

The Process:

* 1st: Initial Teams meeting with internal recruitment lead.

* 2nd: Face-to-face interview in Bristol with senior leadership

*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
