Job Description

Connectivity Product Manager

Location: Remote

We're seeking a dynamic Connectivity Product Manager to take ownership of our network product portfolio while managing key vendor relationships. This unique role combines strategic product management with hands-on vendor and supplier oversight to ensure product excellence, seamless delivery, and cost efficiency.

You'll be at the intersection of technology, business, and partnerships—driving product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing third-party suppliers to deliver best-in-class connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for connectivity solutions including broadband, 5G, IoT connectivity, and enterprise network services.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from market research and requirement gathering through to launch, performance tracking, and iteration.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and coordinate issue resolution to support product objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, network operations, sales, and marketing teams to align product development with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on product performance and vendor status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management within the connectivity, telecom, or network technology space.
  • Strong understanding of connectivity technologies such as fibre, 4G/5G, IoT connectivity, SD-WAN, or broadband services.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical knowledge with commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
