Key responsibilities

  • Assist with processing financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Support the preparation of monthly reconciliations and basic financial reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with filing and document management
  • Help monitor departmental budgets and track day-to-day expenditure
  • Assist with VAT returns and routine financial compliance tasks under supervision
  • Provide support to the Company Accountant during year-end processes and audits
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the finance team
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to help resolve straightforward queries

Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Prior experience in a finance-related position is beneficial but not a necessity
  • Capability using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Familiarity with accounting software is desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
