Role Overview:

We're looking for a Head of Communications & Engagement to help us amplify our voice and strengthen relationships with our stakeholders. This is a brand-new role, so you'll have the freedom to shape it and make it your own.

You'll lead on crafting compelling narratives, managing our digital and social media presence, and designing campaigns that truly resonate. You'll work closely with colleagues and partners to boost brand awareness and community engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and delivering integrated communication strategies aligned with our goals.
  • Managing digital and social media channels with consistent tone, messaging, and engagement.
  • Creating high-quality content including newsletters, briefings, and reports.
  • Using analytics tools to monitor and report on engagement outcomes.
  • Collaborating across teams to support events, campaigns, and stakeholder communications.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • A strong track record in digital campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
  • Brilliant writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Confidence using CMS, SEO, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Great project management and interpersonal skills.
