Role Description

This is an on-site role for a PSV Driver, located in Luton. The PSV Driver will be responsible for operating and driving vehicles to transport groups safely and professionally. Daily tasks include adhering to schedules, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, conducting pre-trip inspections, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries during trips will also be part of this role.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid PSV (Passenger Service Vehicle) license and experience driving comparable vehicles
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with road safety regulations and routes across the UK and Europe
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to ensure passenger satisfaction
• Ability to conduct pre-trip vehicle checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns
• Relevant experience in the transportation or travel service industry is an advantage
