Receptionist / Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse

We are a friendly, modern 3-surgery dental practice providing high-quality NHS and private dental care.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Dental Nurse (or Trainee Dental Nurse) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient-facing work and supporting clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage appointments, patient records, payments and correspondence
- Handle phone calls and reception duties efficiently
- Support dentists chairside with procedures (once trained)
- Maintain high standards of cross-infection control and surgery cleanliness
- Assist with sterilisation and preparation of instruments
- Work as part of a supportive dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well in a team
- Willingness to train as a Dental Nurse (if not already qualified)
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role
- GDC registration as a qualified Dental Nurse or current enrolment in a dental nursing course

Pay: £19,850.00-£24,231.00 per year

- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Valid GDC registration (preferred)
