We're looking for a Care Assistant who is committed to delivering person-centred care and creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for our residents living with dementia.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality personal care, companionship, and emotional support
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and mobility
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
  • Support residents in engaging with activities that promote wellbeing and independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for those in our care
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
What We're Looking For

• A caring nature and a genuine desire to help others

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour

• Experience in care is desirable
