Job Title: Client Care Coordinator
Location: Burnley, Lancashire (Head Office)
Salary: £25,500 + Bonus (OTE Circa £29,000)
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
PQE: 2 years' experience in an administrative role
Company Overview
We are a family-owned Group of Companies with over 30 years' experience in property management – both in the UK and internationally. The company you will be joining is part of our Group (Find UK Property, Rent UK Property & Sell UK Property), and has been operating successfully for over 12 years.
What We Do
We provide a fully client-based, serviced approach to property investment. Our model involves acquiring properties from the open market, renovating them to a set standard, passing them to our lettings department for management, and reselling them to investors.
All functions are carried out in-house — from Property Surveying and Renovations to Lettings, Legal, and Sales & Marketing.
Our success has been recognised on BBC's Homes Under the Hammer, where we've been featured seven times.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised Client Care Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role is central to supporting clients throughout their property purchase journey, as well as assisting existing clients with ongoing account and rental-related enquiries.
You will also carry out administrative duties internally referred to as "Legal Coordinator" tasks, such as preparing and managing completion documents and registrations. Prior property or legal experience is not required — full training will be provided.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Purchase Process for Clients

- Check and organise client documents and required paperwork
- Prepare agreements (using templates in the CRM) and maintain accurate digital files

Post-Completion Customer Care
- Handle rental enquiries and complete any rental-related admin
- Help clients with their HMRC applications
- Assist with ownership queries and general client support
- Maintain high levels of communication and customer satisfaction
General Administration & Internal Coordination
- Manage client emails and maintain CRM notes
- Prepare and update property brochures and marketing materials
- Support administrative tasks under the internal "Legal Coordinator" function
- Ensure accurate record-keeping across systems and departments
